题目：Process System Engineering in Assembly Line Process—Experience Learned from Semiconducting Manufacturing
主讲简介：汪上晓教授 1978毕业于美国加州理工大学，1981年、1982年分别获美国德拉威大学硕士、博士学位，现为台湾清华大学化工系教授，系副主任。长期从事统计过程控制、虚拟测量等研究工作。发表学术论文150余篇，论文他引2214次，H-index 为23。
主讲内容：Traditionally, chemical process system engineers worked with large scale continuous processes. Model-based approach and mechanistic investigation were used in feedback control and optimization. Quality control, scheduling/optimization and monitoring of batch processes and assembly-line mode production were investigated by industrial engineers. Statistical data analysis was predominant approach. Introduction of advanced process control in semiconductor including run-to-run feedback, multivariate monitoring and soft-sensor development lead to integration of the two approaches. This presentation will review our work in the past decades on how process system engineering can be applied to assembly-line mode production. Specifically, we shall address the problems of information feedback on mixed run production, within-batch and batch-to-batch monitoring, and soft sensor development. Some on-going work will also be presented.
